The event will be held on 9th November 2025 in Gokak, Belagavi District, Karnataka.
- Half Marathon (21.1 km): Minimum age 18 years as on 9th November 2025
- 10K Run: Minimum age 14 years as on 9th November 2025
- 5K Timed Run: Minimum age 10 years as on 9th November 2025
- 3K Fun Run: Minimum age 6 years as on 9th November 2025
Note: Minors between 6–12 years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent participating in the same category.
There is no maximum age limit provided you are medically fit to run.
No. As per event policy, registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Yes, the route includes rolling terrain with gentle elevations around the scenic Gokak Hills, giving runners a unique hill running experience.
The run will take place in Gokak town, Belagavi District, Karnataka, passing through green landscapes, river views, waterfalls, and ancient temples.
Bib distribution and the expo will be held for 2 days before the event (7th & 8th November 2025). The exact venue and timings will be shared closer to the event date.

Yes, every registered participant will receive an official event jersey as part of their race kit.
Yes, all finishers will be awarded a finisher medal upon completing their respective race category.
Yes, winners will be recognized in Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K Timed Run categories.
Yes, prize money will be awarded to top performers in selected categories. Detailed prize structure will be shared closer to the event date.
Yes, the entire course will be clearly marked with distance indicators, signage, and route marshals.
Yes, hydration stations with water and electrolytes will be available at regular intervals along the route.
Your registration fee includes:
- Entry to the chosen race category
- Official event jersey
- Finisher medal (for finishers)
- Digital timing certificate (for timed categories)
- Hydration and medical support on course
- Post-run refreshments
Yes, limited parking will be available near the event venue. Participants are encouraged to carpool. Designated parking venue will be shared closer to the event date.
Timing certificates will be available for download within 48–72 hours after the event from the official event website.
Official event photographs will be uploaded within a few days after the marathon. Participants can download their images using their bib number from the official gallery link.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, cancelling or other measures deemed necessary.
*The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.Tickets are non-refundable under such circumstances.
